Petrol - Food - Accommodation

Chase Vehicles

Each rider will be responsible for their own, petrol, food and accommodation costs, however we will be negotiating group discounts and special deals to minimise the expenditure.

We are hoping that a number of the places we are visiting and our sponsor companies will provide hospitality and assistance along the way.

There will be at least one chase vehicle taking part to follow the ride.

The chase vehicle is important, it carries cold water for the riders at fuel stops, carries the luggage you don’t need during the day and suitable refreshment on arrival at hotels etc.

Robert Hamilton is a theatre consultant based in Vancouver and he has driven chase car for seven of the American rides and is once again providing the same support for the UK ride.

Wes Jenkins, is a facility manager and rigging consultant and has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. This has taken him across Canada, into the United States and China. As co-owner of Down Stage Right Industries, he has installed rigging systems in throughout Western Canada and completed rigging inspections coast to coast. He is presently the Director of Facilities and Operations at The EPCOR Centre for the Performing Arts in Calgary Alberta
Their involvement is greatly appreciated.
